Raul Horhat

Raul Horhat serves as the General Manager at Cmed since January 2009, following a position as a doctor at Spitalul judetean Timisoara from 2003 to 2008. Raul Horhat holds a PhD in Medical Informatics from Victor Babeş University of Medicine and Pharmacy (2006-2009) and has earned multiple degrees from West University of Timisoara, including an MSc in Statistics (2006-2008), an MSc in Applied Mathematics (2004-2006), and a BSc in Mathematics and Informatics (1998-2004). Additionally, Raul Horhat obtained an MD in Medicine from Victor Babeş University of Medicine and Pharmacy (1996-2002) and completed secondary education at Liceul de informatica Grigore Moisil Timisoara (1992-1996) and Scoala generala nr 25 Timisoara (1984-1992).
