We started with a vision in 2015. Today, we are a movement.

CMFI-NL Community has spent over a decade building something rare in Newfoundland and Labrador: a space where people from every background and every country are not just included, but celebrated and empowered to lead.

We are 3,000+ members strong, representing 40+ countries, serving 400+ persons every year.

We show up for newcomers, Black Canadians, women, underrepresented individuals, internationally trained professionals, and youth — anyone who has ever felt on the outside looking in. We open the door wide.

Since 2015, we have helped launch businesses, supported employment journeys, mentored youth, and built bridges between cultures that make this province richer — socially, economically, and culturally.
