John Obala

John Obala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the entertainment and technology sectors. As the Founder of 1AFR Group since September 2021, John leads a live music experience company that partners with various artists to create engaging events that foster community and cultural connection. Concurrently, John has served as the Information Technology Manager at CMG - USA since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing healthcare technology services for medical firms and providers. Previously, John held the position of Digital Content Manager for Coke Studio Africa from September 2013 to December 2016, enhancing the platform’s online presence. John holds a degree in Business and Information Technology from Kenya Methodist University, complemented by a certificate in O Levels from St. Georges Greenland Academy.
