Tomasz Stechly

Chief Architect and Head of Innovation at CMG

Tomasz Stechly has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1996. Tomasz began their career as a Software Engineer at Soft Computer Consultants in 1996, and then moved to Midwest Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant/Software Architect in 1997. In 2001, they became a Consultant at Sprint, and then a Software Architect at NTS in 2004. That same year, they also joined Wells Fargo as an Assistant Vice President - Software Development. In 2008, they became a Founding Member of Reality Knot, a startup initiative that originated at Phoenix Startup Weekend. In 2011, they joined Early Warning\u00ae as a Principal Architect - Head of Research and Innovation, and then became VP Platform and Cloud Engineering, building infrastructure platform for Zelle (zellepay. com). In 2017, they served as an Advisor for Imera, and in 2021, they became Chief Architect and Head of Innovation at CMG (Capital Markets Gateway).

Tomasz Stechly obtained their MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Science in Computer Software from The Silesian University of Technology between 1990 and 1995.
