Donna Glantz has over 16 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a CSR/Parts Coordinator at CMH Services since March 2007, Donna has developed expertise in managing customer interactions and coordinating parts logistics. Prior to this role, Donna worked as a Billing Clerk at UPS Freight from January 1999 to November 2008, where skills in invoicing and billing processes were honed. Donna is an alumnus of the College of Charleston.
