Adam Chimienti is currently the Integrations Support Team Lead at CMiC. Adam monitors and supervises Integration Product Analysts, manages the Integration Issue Queue, orchestrates weekly sprints, investigates and resolves client tickets, triages issue resolution, and tests client systems and new functionality. In the past, Adam has worked in various roles such as a Product Support Analyst, ITS Service Counter Quality Assurance at Seneca College, a Service Counter Analyst, a Driver/General Laborer at Michelis Spray Foam, a Sales Associate at Canadian Tire, and a Marketing Associate at Nanos Research. Adam holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis, a Diploma in Computer Programming, and a Honors Bachelor's Degree in European History.
