Brian Carter

Brian Carter has a diverse work experience in various industries. Brian started their career as a Human Remains Removal Specialist at Big Island Removal Services in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Technical Director at NA LEO O'HAWAI'I, where they were responsible for all IT and technical aspects of station operation, as well as training manager for video editing software and producer/editor of a show.

From 2009 to 2011, Brian served as an Assistant Manager at Vitamin World, managing a team of 7-10 and responsible for sales quotas and inventory management. In 2011, they joined Tech Networks of Boston as a Support Analyst II, providing on-site support at a healthcare center and managing multiple satellite locations. Brian also handled weekend support for the main Boston location.

Starting from 2015, Brian worked at ByAllAccounts as a Technical Support Representative, managing support for over 15,000 financial institution websites. Brian worked alongside a data management and engineering team and had the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

In 2019, Brian joined L3 Technologies as an Information Technology Contractor, serving as a senior advisor to IT support teams. Brian corrected employee service issues, trained staff on security systems, and advised an IT team specialized in high-security areas. Later in the same year, they became the Director of Information Technology at CMIT Solutions, Inc., where they provided MSP solutions to businesses of the Merrimack Valley and was responsible for information technology services and leadership.

Overall, Brian Carter has gained extensive experience in IT support, technical management, leadership, and customer service throughout their career.

Brian Carter earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information System Security from American Military University, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers (CCFE) from ConnectWise, which they obtained in April 2020. Brian also holds certifications including Microsoft Technology Associate: 98-365 Windows Server Administration Fundamentals and Microsoft Technology Associate: 98-367 Security Fundamentals, both obtained in 2016. Furthermore, Brian obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 1 & 2) certification in 2004.
