Steve Bachman has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Steve started working at AGC Automotive Americas in 2002 as an I/T Analyst, where they implemented ITIL best practices and managed various IT service management areas. Steve also designed and implemented change control processes and developed policies and standards based on ITIL V3 practices. Additionally, they managed the J-SOX project and developed workflow processes for departmental needs. Steve then worked at CompuCom as a Problem/Change Manager from 2010 to 2012, followed by roles at Contech Engineering Solutions (CBTS) and Logicalis as an ITIL Services Manager and Problem/Change Manager, respectively. Steve joined The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in 2016 as a Resource Management Specialist, where they were promoted after one year and managed the educational needs for the IT department. Steve is currently working at CMIT Solutions, Inc. as a Systems Engineer.

Steve Bachman attended Mount St. Joseph University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Computer Science.
