Nick Kissel is currently the VP of Sales & Marketing at CMMS Data Group. Prior to joining CMMS Data Group, Nick spent 11 years at The Coca-Cola Company where they were a Sales Executive. In that role, Nick was responsible for total account management of region foodservice and retail customers headquartered in the Indiana market, representing approximately $20MM in annual retail sales.
During their time at Coca-Cola, Nick achieved several notable successes. Nick implemented one of the first large-scale placements of new dispensed tea platform in over 75 customer outlets, representing over $1.6MM in retail sales. Nick also managed strategic customer relationships with well-regarded convenience retail operators. In addition, Nick executed a model campus look of success program at a top-focus Big Ten university to ensure flawless execution of new product, marketing and equipment platforms, while growing beverage sales approximately $750K during the first year.
Nick also trained new associates on the area sales team, while ultimately enabling these associates to deliver one-percent growth over prior year in a very competitive market. Nick developed equipment and service training for all team associates to develop skillset related to new brewed product innovation, with immediate sales team contributing 85% of total brewed product volume during 2010. In addition, they created three Microsoft SharePoint websites with reach of up to 100 associates, allowing for efficient information sharing among colleagues and cross-functional teams. Finally, they implemented NCAA Final Four promotion across multiple channels/customers during 2010 tournament, driving increase of nearly $100K in retail sales during promotion.
