David Richards

David Richards is an Independent Consultant Investigator and Accredited Mediator, currently operating their own consultancy since 2007. They have held various influential positions, including Head of National Crime and Operations Faculty at Bramshill Police College and Commandant of Detective Training at the Metropolitan Police. Prior to their current endeavors, David served as Head of Foundation Training at CENTREX and Director of Corporate Development at the National Centre for Policing Excellence. They also managed operations at Critical Simulations Ltd from 2007 to 2016, while leading D J Richards Ltd since 2014.
