Phil Floyd

Phil Floyd is the Head of Investigations at CMP Solutions Ltd, bringing extensive experience from the Royal Military Police where they held various leadership roles, including Head of Professional Standards and Officer Commanding for the Special Investigation Branch. Throughout their career, Phil specialized in serious criminal investigations and led teams in challenging environments, notably during Operation HERRICK 11 in Afghanistan, earning commendations for their distinguished service. Phil holds a BSc (Hons) in Policing and Police Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
