Arnaldo Rodríguez

Arnaldo Rodríguez is the head of the Planning and Services Unit at CMPC, specializing in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce costs. They have successfully led initiatives that captured significant annual potential through continuous improvement and advanced analytical tools like Power BI integrated with SAP and Google Sheets. With prior experience as a Management Engineer, Arnaldo has developed a comprehensive understanding of project management and service procurement, continually aligning actions with the evolving needs of operations and the company’s vision. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technology of Pulp and Paper at Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
