Carlos Silva is currently the Jefe Personal Care at CMPC-Uruguay, a position they have held since 2011. Previously, they served as Sub. Jefe Conversión Sanitarios and as Supervisor de Preparación de Pasta de Papel within the same company. Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de la República and has completed an MBA and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'.
