Cristel Menke

Cristel Menke is a civil industrial engineer with over 12 years of experience in strategic operations control, cost management, and process optimization in the industry. Currently serving as Head of Production and Cost Control at CMPC, Cristel leads the annual budget planning and management, focusing on operational efficiency and profitability. Previously, Cristel held various roles within CMPC, contributing to production budgeting, cost calculations, and the implementation of SAP projects. Cristel is pursuing an MBA at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, building on a foundational engineering degree from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.
