Jorge Rojas Díaz

Jorge Rojas Díaz is a Mechanical Engineer from the Universidad de Antofagasta and holds an MBA from Universidad Andrés Bello. With over ten years of experience in Maintenance and Facility Management across sectors such as mining and pulp and paper, they currently lead the Maintenance & Facility Management area for LATAM at CMPC, focusing on asset optimization and operational continuity. They have previously held roles at Grupo VESOL, Envirochem, MSH Chile, BHP, and Glencore, where they managed multidisciplinary teams and budgets while emphasizing industrial safety and sustainable innovation. Jorge is also pursuing further education as a Civil Mechanical Engineer at Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
