Mauricio Becerra

Mauricio Becerra is currently the Subgerente de Excelencia Organizacional at CMPC, where they have been since 2024. They previously held roles as Subgerente de Producción at Eagon Lautaro S.A. and Production Director at Pembroke MDF Inc. Mauricio has a rich background in academia, having taught various subjects related to production management at Santo Tomás from 2011 to 2015. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from ENEB and a Master in Lean Management from INESEM Business School. Mauricio is also pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad de Concepción.
