Natalia Cea

Natalia Cea is a Líder Procesos y Calidad at CMPC, where they lead a team focused on enhancing machine efficiency, quality, and human resources under existing management systems. Previously, they held positions such as Jefe de Línea and Ingeniero de Procesos, responsible for optimizing production processes and implementing management tools. With a background as a Supervisor de Producción at ARAUCO, Natalia has cultivated expertise in manufacturing and operations management. They hold a Diplomado in Gestión y Planificación Estratégica and a Green Belt in Six Sigma, and are currently pursuing a degree in Ingeniería Ejecución en Maderas at Universidad del Bío Bío.
