Paula Barrera

Paula Barrera currently serves as Subgerente de Gestión Oper. TI for both Celulosa y Biopackaging and Celulosa at CMPC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Paula held several positions at Caja Los Andes from July 2020 to March 2023, including Subgerente de Gobierno de Datos y Tecnología and Chief Data Governance. From October 2010 to July 2020, Paula worked at Ripley Chile, advancing from Jefe de Área Sistemas Retail Omnicanal to Jefe de Proyectos Estratégicos and Senior Systems Engineer-Coordinator of projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technology Specialist at Ad.consultores business partner IBM from February 2006 to September 2010. Paula's educational background includes a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Playa Ancha, along with numerous courses and certifications in data mining, digital transformation, project management, and agile methodologies from prestigious institutions.
