Romina Soto

Romina Soto currently serves as Jefe Atracción de Talentos at CMPC, leading a team of six analysts in talent attraction processes across all plants in Chile since November 2022. Prior to this role, Romina held the position of Manager Chile and Senior Consultant at ACKERMANN INTERNATIONAL, specializing in executive and middle management recruitment from May 2019 to November 2022. At Cencosud S.A., from October 2014 to April 2019, Romina was responsible for recruitment processes and employer branding, including the implementation of a new job portal. Romina also coordinated a recruitment team at BCI and has held various recruitment-focused roles since beginning a career in the field in 2008. Educational qualifications include a degree in Communication from Universidad del Pacífico, a diploma in People and Organization Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a degree in Business Communication with a focus on Human Resources from INACAP.
