Ronaldo Lesnik

Ronaldo Lesnik is currently the Subgerente Técnico Energía Pulp at CMPC, a position held since 2025. Previously, Ronaldo worked as a Coordenador de Produção at CMPC Brasil from 2019 to 2025, and held various engineering roles including Engenheiro de Serviços Senior at Valmet and Solutions Sales Engineer at Valmet Celulose, Papel e Energia. Ronaldo began their career at ANDRITZ as an Engenheiro de Serviços from 2005 to 2010 and also served as Coordenador de Recuperação at Bahia Specialty Cellulose between 2010 and 2013. They hold a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos and a Técnico em Mecânica from the Escola Técnica Jose Cesar de Mesquita.
