Tales Argenta is an Electric Engineer focused on advancing their profession through responsible and competent engineering practices. They conducted scientific research at UFRGS, where they studied the performance of electrical systems with significant penetration of wind energy. Previously, Tales served as a coordinator in operation and maintenance at Gerdau and worked as an intern at CMPC Celulose Riograndense, gaining experience in electrical engineering and maintenance.
