Don Frazier

Don Frazier has extensive experience in telecommunications and manufacturing, currently serving as a Voice & Data Technician at CMS Communications, Inc. since April 1996. In this role, Don Frazier provides technical support and testing services for both legacy TDM-based PBX systems and modern IP-based voice systems from several leading manufacturers, including Avaya, Cisco, and Polycom. Previously, from April 1989 to April 1996, Don Frazier worked as a Leadperson in the Lightbar Manufacturing Lines at Code 3 Public Safety Equipment, where responsibilities included the quality inspection of finished products and the assembly of electrical and electronic warning devices for various emergency services.
