İlker Parlar has a solid background in engineering, with extensive experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors. Having completed internships at Petkim and Bareks Plastik, Parlar later served as a Process Engineer at CMS JANT VE MAKİNA SAN. A.Ş. and worked at Gema Polimer A.S. as a Quality Control Specialist. Parlar progressed to hold roles as a Paintshop Production Engineer and Paintshop Process Development Engineer at CMS Group Light Alloy Wheels from January 2020 to January 2023. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Ege Üniversitesi and a Master's degree in both Chemical Engineering and Engineering Management from Dokuz Eylul University and Ege Üniversitesi, respectively.
