With over 20 years of experience, they have advised on infrastructure development, rail franchises, rolling stock procurement, and operational issues for both private and public clients. David has held partner positions at Clyde & Co LLP, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Dentons before their current role at CMS, where they continue to influence projects in the transport industry. They earned a Master of Arts in Engineering from Sidney Sussex College at Cambridge University.
