Jay Randhawa is a Partner in the CMS Infrastructure, Construction, and Energy Disputes practice, specializing in advising construction companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Dual qualified in Australia (NSW) and England & Wales, Jay has been recognized as a ‘Future Leader’ and ‘Global Elite Thought Leader – Under 45’ by Who's Who Legal, as well as a ‘Rising Star’ by Legal 500. With extensive international experience across multiple jurisdictions, Jay supports clients in managing risks during the project delivery phase and represents them in high-value international arbitrations under various legal frameworks. Jay has also held positions at notable firms including Thomas Philip Advocates and Solicitors, Simmons & Simmons LLP, and Watson & Watson Solicitors. Currently, Jay is pursuing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts in Politics at the University of Notre Dame Australia.
