Luke Derusha

Luke Derusha has a diverse work experience history. In 2022, they worked as a Payments Analyst at CMSPI. Prior to that, they were a Business Management Intern at Goldfein, LLC from June 2021 to August 2021. During their internship, they led a team of interns and attended training sessions on conflict management, inclusion, and work-life balance.

In 2019, Luke worked as a Lift Technician at Lift It Rite, where they were responsible for lifting concrete and providing excellent customer service. Luke also gained insights into client interfacing and sales. In the same year, they were a Server at AMC Theatres, quickly being promoted to the server position. Luke handled high-volume customer service and coordinated with fellow servers.

Luke also has experience as a Team Lead at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt from July 2017 to August 2019. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations, trained new hires, and handled money counting as a key holder. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Contractor at Builders' Insulation in May 2017 and as a Team Member at Swirlin Twirlin from October 2016 to June 2017.

Luke Derusha attended the University of Georgia from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued two bachelor's degrees. Luke earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Terry College of Business, with a focus on Economics. In addition, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, with a field of study in Theatre. Luke Derusha also obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research from the CITI Program in February 2022.
