Tim Biel

Tim Biel is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technical services and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services and Principal Engineer at CMT Technical Services since August 2017, Tim previously held the position of Principal Engineer at PEPG Consulting, LLC from August 2017 to September 2022. Prior to that, Tim was President at CME Transportation Group from June 2008 to August 2017 and served as State Materials Engineer for the Utah Department of Transportation from July 1994 to June 2008. Tim holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
