Thomas Leal is an experienced professional specializing in business strategy and marketing. Currently serving as a Delivery Resource at CMTC since March 2022, Thomas assists small manufacturers in developing effective business strategies. In addition, Thomas has been involved with the Valley Community Small Business Development Center as a Strategy Business Development professional since September 2019. As the Chief Executive Officer of Business Spring since July 2006, Thomas has led strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Strategist at Horizon Transportation Services from December 2010 to May 2019, Business Strategist at Kärcher Brasil, where a long-term marketing plan for the Brazilian market was developed, and Communication & Marketing Strategist at MAHLE, where a new marketing positioning loop was created for the aftermarket segment in Brazil. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Production Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and additional education from California State University, Fresno.
