Luis Freire is the Founder and CEO of PolisGroup, which specializes in the Portuguese property market and construction industry, boasting over 50 years of experience. Freire also serves as Managing Director and CEO of POLIS ESTRUTURA Engenharia e Construção and Polisteoria - Engenharia, Avaliações e Gestão Imobiliária S.A., both entities focused on innovative solutions in engineering, architecture, and property management. With a background in civil engineering, Freire has held senior roles at CMVM and Banco Espírito Santo S.A., along with early experience at IBM. Freire's educational qualifications include degrees from Instituto Superior Técnico and ISEL, among others.
