Tânia Ribeiro is an experienced real estate evaluator with a significant history in property assessment and management. Currently serving as a real estate expert at MENCOVAZ - Consultoria Imobiliária e Avaliações, Lda., and as a certified evaluator for CMVM since March 2020, Tânia has extensive expertise in property evaluations and external assessments. As a general managing partner at Carisma Oponente - Investimentos Imobiliários, Lda. since 2007, Tânia has developed a strong skill set in marketing, human resources, financial management, and client relations. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Property Investment Evaluation and Analysis from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and a comprehensive course in Revit Architecture.
