Devon Finn

Devon Finn has extensive experience in both sports and education, currently serving as Sales Manager at C&N Construction since November 2020. As the Owner and Trainer of The Factory since May 2011, Devon oversees a training academy that provides strength, speed, and conditioning sessions for athletes from grades 6-12, as well as collegiate and professional levels, primarily in the DuPage, Kane, and Kendall counties within the Chicagoland area. Previous coaching experience includes serving as Defensive Line Coach at Wheaton Warrenville South High School until September 2021 and working as an Individual Assistant at Camelot Alternative Schools. Devon began a career in youth development as a Student Supervisor at Community School District 200 and a Youth Adviser at Jan Evans Juvenile Detention Facility. A former professional athlete, Devon played as a Defensive Tackle/End in both the National Football League and Canadian Football League from 2000 to 2005. Devon holds a degree in Social Work with a minor in Minority Relations from Illinois State University, completed in 2000.
