CN Property is a part of the CN Group's property development division. Established in 2016, we currently encompass several companies actively engaged in the property sector across various locations. Our focus is divided into two main concentrations: commercial property development and subsidized property projects. We are dedicated to creating real estate products that cater to the diverse needs of the community. Our challenge lies in meeting the unique requirements of each individual consumer, leading us to customize our offerings accordingly.

Our greatest asset is the highly skilled and dedicated human resources we currently possess. Therefore, the support of quality and highly dedicated human resources is imperative.

Despite our relatively young age, we have achieved notable milestones. One such accomplishment is receiving the Bank Mandiri Award for Developer in the Central Java and DIY Solo Area in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, we have been recognized as one of the Top 3 Developer Partners by Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Solo Area for both 2021 and 2022.
