Gaurav B started their work experience in 2010 at Gallure Ideas & Insights as the Chief Executive Officer. Gallure is a market leader in Information Technology, activation, event management, exhibitions & seminar management. Since its inception in 2006, Gallure has successfully staged over 500 events and has become one of the most well-known and respected organizers in Bahrain. Their current calendar of events caters to a wide range of business sectors. In 2018, Gaurav B joined CN as the Managing Director.

Gaurav B pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Delhi University from 1997 to 2000. Gaurav then proceeded to Kurukshetra University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2000 to 2003. The field of study for both degrees is unspecified.
