Léa Lima

Léa Lima is a professor of sociology at Cnam, where they are responsible for the Master’s program in Human Resource Management and Sociology of Work. Léa's research focuses on labor sociology, including employment professionals, home service platforms, and employment intermediaries in domestic and care sectors. They previously held positions as a postdoctoral researcher at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and a visiting research fellow at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, among other roles. Additionally, Léa served as the chair of the Youth and Youth Policy Commission at the INJEP and was responsible for a project on digital labor market intermediaries.
