Willy Buchmann

Willy Buchmann is a Maître de conférences en Ergonomie at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (Cnam) and a researcher at the Centre de Recherches sur le Travail et le Développement (CREAPT). They have held various roles, including Ergonomist at Airbus Helicopters, where they focused on Lean Manufacturing and workplace ergonomics. Since 2015, they have engaged in research projects exploring the interplay between management practices, employee health, and competencies in dynamic work environments. Additionally, Willy has been responsible for educational programs, including co-managing a Master’s in Ergonomie. They continue to contribute to the field through consultancy and research in ergonomics and workplace safety.
