Tracy Francis

Tracy Francis currently serves as Executive Vice President of Loans at The Carlsbad National Bank, a position held since October 2010, where responsibilities include directing the bank's lending program to meet customer needs and enhance shareholder value. Additionally, Tracy held the title of Senior Vice President of Credit Administration, overseeing the entire lending operations. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Loans and Senior Vice President and Auditor at CNB Bank, as well as at Carlsbad National Bank. Tracy's educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from the College of the Southwest and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Business Marketing from Colorado State University. Training also includes attendance at the Cannon Financial Institute and the Graduate School of Banking from 2003 to 2005.
