Ben Weaver has extensive experience in Master Control Room (MCR) operations and engineering, currently serving as an MCR Operator/Engineer at CNBC International since March 2016. Prior roles include MCR Operator/Engineer at Encompass Digital Media and freelance positions at CNBC Europe and ITN, where responsibilities encompassed live programming, A/V feed management, and transmission for major broadcasters. Ben's career began in 1998 with roles in lighting and videography, progressing through various technical positions at Bloomberg Television, where expertise in vision mixing and technical directing was developed. Ben holds a BA (Hons) in TV & Radio from The University of Salford, complemented by an HND in Media Production.
