Caroline Shiny is an experienced quality assurance professional with over 15 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Principal Quality Engineer and previously as Lead QA Analyst at CNBC since February 2012, Caroline has developed expertise in quality assurance practices. Prior roles include QA Tester at HarperCollins Publishers from December 2010 to January 2012 and Senior Test Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd from August 2007 to January 2010. Caroline holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University, completed in 2007.
