Ellen Egeth

Ellen Egeth has extensive experience in the news industry, currently serving as the Assistant Managing Editor at CNBC since July 1995. Egeth has held several notable positions at CNBC, including Senior Producer for Special Projects and Breaking News, Senior Producer for "Street Signs with Erin Burnett," Senior News Editor, and Chief Booker, along with producing "Inside Opinion with Ron Insana." Prior to CNBC, Egeth worked as a Producer for "Adam Smith's Money World" at the Public Broadcasting Service from January 1990 to May 1995 and as a Management Consultant at Temple, Barker and Sloane from August 1985 to August 1989. Egeth graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Economics from Harvard College in 1985.
