Lynne Pate

Lynne Pate is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in editorial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Copy Editor and Copy Desk Chief at CNBC since April 2017, Lynne has also worked as a freelance writer and editor from 2008 to 2017. Prior to that, Lynne held positions as Deputy Perspective Editor and Copy Editor at The Star-Ledger from 1991 to October 2008. Lynne holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Journalism and Literature from Rutgers University.
