Michael Liang

Michael Liang is an experienced media and communications professional with a significant background in video production and public affairs. Currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Director of the Office of Public Affairs at the Department of General Services State of California since November 2011, Michael has also been the owner of Take 1 Media, a video production service, since 2005. Previously, from 1992 to 2005, Michael was the Production Manager at KCRA-TV, one of the top NBC affiliates in the country, where leadership of a team of producers, directors, videographers, and editors was key to the station's success. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications and Film from San Diego State University, completed from 1974 to 1976.
