Blake Wortley

Blake Wortley is an experienced project and product manager with a strong background in engineering and product development within the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Project Manager II in the Project Management Office at Mastercam since November 2024, Blake supports product management and software engineering initiatives. Previous roles include Product Manager for Software and Systems at Shape Technologies Group, where innovative software and systems integration was a focus, as well as various product management positions at Flow International, including Aftermarket Product Manager and UHP Program Manager. Prior to that, Blake was involved in product engineering and management at Leggett & Platt Automotive, overseeing new product designs and engineering teams, and held an engineering role at Advanced Thermoforming Inc. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Plastic Engineering from Pittsburg State University in 2010.
