Eric Borbely

Eric Borbely is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently at Mastercam since August 2015, Eric has held various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer III, Product Owner, and Business Systems Developer, where notable contributions include the design and implementation of a company-wide ticketing system and modernization of the software licensing system using Microsoft Azure. Prior to Mastercam, Eric served as IT Manager and Application Developer at LAZ Parking, establishing software development practices and creating business process coordination systems. Earlier experience includes a software engineering role at DataViz, Inc. where Eric worked on implementing OpenXML features and porting software to mobile platforms. Eric began a career at Sikorsky Aircraft as an intern after earning a BSE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
