Fernando Rico

Fernando Rico is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in IT and customer service roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Mastercam since February 2019, Fernando previously held positions at Aspen Insurance Group and The Travelers, providing remote PC support to a vast employee base worldwide. With a strong background in help desk support and technical troubleshooting, Fernando has also contributed to production and design in previous roles, including significant achievements during tenure at Advantage Sign Services and various retail positions. Fernando holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a focus on Human Services from the University of Connecticut, along with certifications in Automotive Technology and an Associate degree in Multimedia Studies.
