Fernando Rico is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in IT and customer service roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Mastercam since February 2019, Fernando previously held positions at Aspen Insurance Group and The Travelers, providing remote PC support to a vast employee base worldwide.
