Russ joined the company in 2010 as a User Experience Specialist. His prior experience includes work in various design and management roles in both the digital and physical product landscapes. At CNC Software, Russ created the company’s User Experience department, driving product enhancement for improved customer satisfaction. He also formed the Creative Services department, a cross-functional team of writers, designers, developers, trainers, and language experts creating top-tier CAD/CAM solutions for a global user base.
