Shannon Lesane

Shannon Lesane has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shannon is currently the Director of the Project Management Office at Mastercam, where they lead all project and program management initiatives. Previously, Shannon worked as the Managing Owner at RedTrim LLC and as a Manager at RainFocus. Prior to that, they held roles at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, where they served as an Assistant Vice President overseeing portfolios and leading project management initiatives. Shannon also has experience in consulting assignments, where they provided program and project management consulting services to companies like Genworth Financial. Their earlier professional experience includes positions in project management and business analysis at ABB Inc and as a Network Control Technician at MCI WorldCom. Shannon began their career in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman.

Shannon Lesane holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Systems from East Carolina University, which was obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, Shannon obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology from the same university, between 2004 and 2007. Shannon's educational journey began at Wake Technical Community College, where they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Networking Technology from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Shannon has obtained several certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile, ITIL v3 Foundation, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
