Shannon Lesane has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shannon's educational journey began at Wake Technical Community College, where they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Networking Technology from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Shannon has obtained several certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile, ITIL v3 Foundation, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
