Jonathan S. has a diverse work experience, primarily in the start-up and consulting sectors. Jonathan currently serves as the CTO at CNC24, a position they have held since January 2020. Before that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of ADVNZ starting in October 2019.

From December 2014 to August 2019, Jonathan was the Founder of EMPAUA GmbH, where they worked with a talented team to disrupt the start-up market globally. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at wefox, another start-up focused on revolutionizing the insurance industry. Jonathan was the Founder and COO from September 2016 to April 2018 and the Founder, COO, and CTO from December 2014 to September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Consultant at DeinDeal AG from May 2014 to December 2014 and at everis from March 2012 to April 2014.

Jonathan S. completed their education from 2007 to 2012 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they obtained an "Ingeniero Superior de Telecomunicaciones" degree. Apart from their formal education, Jonathan has also obtained various certifications. In December 2020, they received the Twilio Flex Certification and Twilio Platform Certification from Twilio Inc. Prior to this, in December 2018, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Mobile Solutions Architecture Designer certifications. In October 2018, Jonathan obtained the Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant certification.
