Boubacar Diandy

Boubacar Diandy is a skilled entrepreneur and leader currently serving as the Managing Director for NETIS Group in Rwanda, where they oversee diverse teams focusing on energy, managed services, and infrastructure. Previously, Boubacar held various roles, including Sales Manager for Itron Inc. and Managing Director positions in Cameroon and Tanzania, demonstrating expertise in business development, project coordination, and performance improvement across the CEMAC region. They also served as a French Foreign Trade Advisor and were instrumental in sales and account management for Ceragon Networks in France and Western Africa. Boubacar holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from ESIGELEC, obtained in 2003.
