Celia Belline is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CILCARE, a biotech company focused on advancing research in Auditory Sciences for the detection and treatment of neurocognitive disorders and auditory diseases. Since October 2014, CILCARE has played a key role in the development of drug, gene, and cell therapies related to hearing disorders. Additionally, Celia serves as a Foreign Trade Advisor for Les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France and as an Ambassador Team France Export for Business France. Prior experience includes substantial roles at Sanofi that encompassed clinical trial design, project leadership in healthy aging, and management of global supply chain operations, equipped with expertise in neurology, oncology, and internal medicine. Celia completed a management and business program at London Business School in 2013.
