Connie Harbour has over two decades of experience in the beauty industry, serving as an Education Ambassador for both CND since 2006 and Cuticles, where Connie has also held the title of Owner since June 2001. In these roles, Connie focuses on educating nail professionals and distributors about the proper CND protocols for products while managing a business that specializes in hair, nails, toes, and facial waxing. Connie's professional journey is supported by vocational education completed between 1988 and 1992.
